The application rate for Loba, using a suitable flat wiper mop on large areas, is 30-40 ml(g) per square meter, which translates to 25-35 square meters per litre (kg) or 3-4 litres per 100 square meters.
The process involves dividing the material and applying it in sections onto the flooring, ensuring an even layer. The applicator should be placed as flat as possible on the floor without lifting or applying pressure. It is recommended to start from one side of the room and gradually move towards the opposite side, working from wall to wall, with the exit door in mind. It is crucial to treat the entire room in one continuous application without attempting to rework any areas while the floor is drying, as this may result in streaks forming.
What about drying time? The surface can be walked on after 1-2 hours, and it achieves full traffic capability and coverage after 12 hours.
