Use a proper cork glue – something like Wakol D-3540 or Dragon is ideal. Normal glue might not grip enough or could stiffen the cork.
Make sure the surface is clean – wipe away any grease, dust or bumps. Even the best glue won’t hold on a dirty area.

HOW TO CUT CORK BOARD STRIPS ROLL WITHOUT DAMAGING IT?

A sharp cork knife is best – blunt ones tend to rip rather than slice, leaving untidy edges.

Cut it on a solid, smooth surface for best results. Avoid soft mats – they make it harder to get straight lines.
